Do you accept dental insurance?
We accept all PPO dental plans! We also offer complimentary insurance verification prior to your appointment.
How much will my insurance cover?
This varies depending on your individual plan. If you need a detailed estimate of benefits prior to your appointment, we recommend you contact your dental insurance provider directly for that information.
Is Band & Wire in-network with my insurance plan?
We are a Delta Dental Premier Provider. However, we are out of network with the other dental insurance plans. We still accept and verify all PPO plans, and will submit claims and collect payments on your behalf. Please note that the great majority of dental specialists in our area are out of network as well!
What happens if my insurance doesn't fully cover my child's visit?
At Band & Wire, we truly care about our patients and we understand that dental insurance can be confusing. With that said, we are transparent with our fees for the services we provide at each visit and we do our best to estimate what your insurance will cover. Please keep in mind that the contract is between you and your insurance and therefore, we cannot guarantee how much your insurance will pay. As such, the amount you pay at your visit is not exact and another payment (or refund) may be due after we receive the insurance payment.
Do you accept HMO, Medicaid or state-funded dental plans?
We do not accept HMO, Medicaid or state-funded plans such as Blue Cross Blue Shield Community Health. We would still love you have you at our office, but if you are specifically looking for a provider that accepts any of these plans, we recommend you contact your insurance provider.
